They are essentially like the tabs that fix paper that has been 3 hole punched. It is thick plastic with a sticky backing that wraps around the top of the blind. Once on, you simply slide the blind back into place on the track. Takes about 30 seconds to fix your blinds! The only con is that because of the thick nature of the tab, you can tell it is there if you really look for it even though it's clear plastic.
